The St Clair County Historical Society is located in Belleville Illinois and was founded in 1905. The Society maintains the Victorian Home Museum, a 1866 brick family home; the Emma Kunz house, a 1830 Greek Revival home; and the Messinger Cemetery and Veteran's Memorial. The artifacts and information that the Society maintains are about St Clair County and Belleville. The offices of the St Clair County Historical Society are in the Victorian Home Museum. Hours are Monday thru Friday, 10am - 2pm. The Society provides services including information, a library reference, tours, a gift shop and member services.
